Welcome to TipidCalls. Services are provided through our team of customer service and available calling products at the time you access the web page or the App.

These Terms and Conditions & Client Care Letter apply whenever you access the website, regardless of how or where you access the website or when you acquire our App.

Accessing to TipidCalls website and the purchase of any product from TipidCalls is conditional upon you reading and accepting all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, the Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as they exist at the time. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of TipidCalls.

Defined Terms

"Client" or "you" or "your" or "their" means the individual visiting this Website.

"Contact us area" means the secure online system managed by TipidCalls which allows Clients to enter and update their personal information and access our Service from any computer or mobile with internet access.

"TipidCalls" or "tipidcalls.com" or "we" or "our" means TipidCalls or any of our subsidiary companies.

"Profile" means the information provided by the Client about the Client and, if applicable, about the Client's family.

"Service" means the calling services provided by TipidCalls. A detailed description of what is included in your Service can be found at www.tipidcalls.com under FAQs.

"Terms" mean these terms and conditions.

"Website" means www.tipidcalls.com.

The compilation of all content of this website and the App are the exclusive property of TipidCalls and protected by the laws in which apply in the countries we operate.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

TIPIDCALLS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS WEBSITE AND THE APP. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND THE APP ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, the liability of TipidCalls, its owners, directors, officers, employees, and consultants is limited to the cost of the service TipidCalls.com provides to the Client.

To the greatest extent possible by law, the Client must indemnify and hold harmless TipidCalls, its officers, employees, agents and related companies (Indemnified Persons) against all Liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred by the Indemnified Person in connection with the provision of the Service by TipidCalls, except the Liability arising from the negligence or default of any of the Indemnified Persons.

Communications

When you visit TipidCalls, use our App, send e-mails to us or by communicating via the Contact us area, you consent to communicating with us electronically and agree that all such communications (including agreements, notices, disclosure, etc.) satisfy all legal requirements to be in writing.

We will communicate with you by e-mail, sending a message/Call or Client Area or by posting notices on this Website. If you do not respond to any communication related to the provision of the Service within two (2) working days, we will prepare the Service based on the information previously provided by you.

TipidCalls reserves the right not to respond to any query which is not sent through the Contact us area. You can elect to discontinue all future correspondence from TipidCalls at any time by sending a correspondence through Contact us area of our Website.

Service Information Globe Product

This service applies for minutes calls to Globe Group Network: Globe Postpaid and Prepaid, Globe lines, Touch mobile and Bayan Phone in the Philippines up to 5B numbers.

The service can be activated with 1 B number and 4 additional numbers can be added within the month.

If under 30 months subscription, the customer chooses to add KonsultaMD as part of the 5th B number, minutes will be consumed when calling to the number.

SMS is not available with the Globe service.

The client identifies the person whom he wishes to call in the Philippines and provides the telephone/mobile number for pairing.

The sum of the following costs: Monthly Service Fee of TipidCalls long distance plan, KonsultaMD monthly subscription or other additional services requested will be charged to the TipidCalls subscriber’s financial card such as credit card/debit card and check card with the logos of American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover and upon signing up for TipidCalls. The amount equivalent to each cost will depend on the TipidCalls subscriber’s chosen calling plan.  The charge will appear into the credit card statement as DirectoPHcom or TipidCalls Tu Centro de Atencion.

Service Activation

The standard lead time for provisioning for all TipidCalls plans is within 24 to 48 hours.

The TipidCalls subscribers will enjoy the plan minutes chosen from the assigned number once provisioning is completed.

Activation of the TipidCalls service shall occur upon enrollment of 1st B number and 10 digits number provided.

The TipidCalls subscriber understands that the TipidCalls service can be accessed only in areas where TipidCalls service is present.

Use of Service

Upon subscription to TipidCalls, a DID/Local Access Number, which is matched with the TipidCalls Philippine client’s Philippine number and is within the registered number’s service area, will be assigned to the TipidCalls clients’ party. This is to ensure that no toll charges will be incurred during the use of the mentioned service. In case TIipidCalls is unable to issue a number that is within the service area, it is the client’s duty to check the LAN with his local phone company to ensure that calls to the said number will be billed as local calls under his existing calling plan. TipidCalls will not be liable for any outside charges incurred when using the service.

TipidCalls is not responsible for any telephone charges incurred while accessing our service.

The service is not to be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to the transmission of information or the offering of any service which is unlawful, abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, and pornographic or which could be considered offensive in any way.

Fair use policy

This policy is referenced against average customer profiles and estimated customer use of TipidCalls’ service based on historic call usage of existing TipidCalls customers and minutes contracted.

If for some reason the client exceeds the minutes contracted and requests continuation of service, additional minutes will be charged as per the number of B numbers/minutes equivalent to specific subscriptions.

If the subscriber’s usage will be deemed excessive and/or unreasonable, TipidCalls may ask the subscriber to moderate use of the service. If the subscriber fails to do so, TipidCalls reserves the right, without further notice, to terminate the client’s account if usage will be deemed excessive and/or unreasonable for personal.

Billing

A monthly service fee corresponding to the client’s chosen TipidCalls plan will automatically be charged to the credit card/debit card account provided by the client, according to the plan information chosen by the client and under recurrent if approved by customer at the time of the subscription.

Billing is 10 days prior to the activated date of the service.

Subscriber may see the amount deducted on the billing statement of their card with our merchant name DirectoPHcom or TipidCalls Tu Centro de Atencion

Promotions are applied on the last month of contract length.

Other service fees

There might be a corresponding charge equivalent to one-month subscription if the B numbers are requested to be changed within the month off subscription and 5 B numbers are already included as part of the subscribed plan.

For any other additional transactions and special request/s, a corresponding charge may occur during the said subscription.

Termination of services

In case the customer wishes to discontinue the activation of the service, subscriber will be responsible to pay for any charges incurred within the activation period, which might not exceed one-month subscription fee.

For account cancellations prior to the activation of the service, the client must make a call to the TipidCalls Customer Care Hotline informing the company of his/her cancellation request. One-month subscription fee is applicable.

If TipidCalls does not receive a notification from the client, the client will continue to be charged his corresponding monthly service fee until such notice is given to the company.
